4. Why the actual price in cart is different from the website?
Maybe that is because the price on our website doesn't include the tax. When you in the cart, the payment platform may charge taxes for your orders: European Union (VAT), United Kingdom (VAT), Australia (GST), Japan (JCT) and some states of USA (Sales Tax).
5. Can I get an invoice or receipt?

The code usually will be sent to you in an hour. If you cannot get the email, please ask our support team for help.
9. I accidentally bought a wrong product.
You can contact our support team to exchange the code. But please note that you may need to pay the difference.
10. Is it okay to cancel an order after placing it?
Normally, if the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled. So, please make sure you have tried the trial version and confirmed that our product meets your demands before purchasing. But if there’s something wrong with our product and we cannot solve it, we will consider to refund you according to our Refund Policy.
11. When will my registration code expire?
It is based on the license type that you bought. For example, if you purchase a monthly license, then the code will be valid for a month. If you get a lifetime license, then the code will be valid for lifetime.
12. Is it okay to use the code on both Windows PC and Mac?
No. The code can be used on one system only. If you buy a license for Windows version, then you can use the received code only on Windows. The same to Mac version. If you buy the wrong version, please contact our support team to change it for you.
13. What if my registration code is invalid?
Please make sure the code matches the product that you are trying to register. Then check if you misspelled the address or code. If that still doesn’t work, please contact us immediately.
14. What to do if I don't remember my registration code?
You can contact us through email. And please offer the email address that you use to but the license when you send the email.
